    56% (up 9%) of respondents approve of the job Malcolm Turnbull is doing as Prime Minister and 20% (up 3%) disapprove – a net approval rating of +36 (up 6).

    82% (up 12%) of Liberal/National voters approve of Malcolm Turnbull’s performance with 8% (up 1%) disapproving. 47% (up 9%) of Labor voters and 40% (no change) of Greens voters approve of Malcolm Turnbull’s performance.

    By gender, men were 60% approve/22% disapprove and women 53% approve/19% disapprove.

    48% (down 9%) of Labor voters approve of the job Bill Shorten is doing and 25% (up 4%) disapprove. 30% of men and 25% of women approve of Bill Shorten. 54% of men and 39% of women disapprove.

    There was majority support (59%) from Liberal/National voters but less strong support from Labor voters – 42% support/35% oppose. 62% of Greens voters were opposed.
